By the sea 600 meters from the camping near Royan bike paths and bus lines lead directly to the beaches of Royan and its city center. Right in the center of Royan 10 minutes from the 4 star campsite you will find the famous market which participated in the TF1 show and finished 2nd. Lots of activities are waiting for you there like water activities (jet ski, boat cruises,...), exceptional discoveries like its famous church and beautiful seaside villas.

Near the campsite, Royan is the main city of the Côte de Beauté. Royan C is above all one of the main seaside resorts on the French Atlantic coast, with five fine sandy beaches, and also a pleasure port that can accommodate more than 1,000 boats as well as an active fishing port.
From the campsite along the seaside, you can reach the port of Royan where you will embark on a boat that will make you discover the coast seen from the sea from Talmont-sur-Gironde to La Palmyre passing by the lighthouse of Cordouan.
The campsite is ideally located near the cycle path leading to Royan. Royan is also its casino, its thalasso center, its museum... Camping des Deux Plages offers mobile home and pitch rentals near Royan.
During the summer period, the beaches of the coastline are a sought-after place to relax. There are ephemeral sculpture contests on the sand, concerts, and festivals as well, where you can find yourself at nightfall.
After the Dream of Icarus, which takes place at the end of May-beginning of June, the summer is high in color. Its palette declines the beautiful reds and blues of the fireworks of July 14 and August 15. Particularly appreciated by the public, the pyrosymphonic show of August 15 takes place on the beach of Royan.

Discover a equestrian center 5 minutes from the campsite located in Maine Gaudin. The center offers you throughout the year to spend a pleasant moment with the horses in an extraordinary setting, in the middle of the forest and very close to the beach.
